SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
All mining equipment shipments are arranged under agreed international trade terms. Freight cost, delivery lead‑time and customs responsibilities differ by destination. If you have any shipping‑related questions, please email sales@goldprospecttools.com.
AVAILABLE TRADE TERMS
We support FOB, CIF, CIP and DDP Incoterms. All terms will be clearly stated on your Proforma Invoice. ‑ FOB (China Port) We complete export customs clearance and deliver goods to our designated Chinese seaport. Ocean freight, insurance, destination port charges, import duties and local customs clearance are the buyer’s full responsibility. ‑ CIF (Destination Seaport) We cover export customs clearance, ocean freight and marine insurance up to destination seaport. Import duties, local customs clearance and port handling fees are borne by the buyer. ‑ CIP (Your Inland Destination) We pay freight and insurance to your named inland receiving location. Import clearance, import tax and local destination charges are for the buyer’s account. ‑ DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) We arrange freight, insurance, import customs clearance and import tax, deliver goods to your address. Note: DDP is NOT available for every country. Please confirm feasibility with sales before placing your order.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Small prospecting tools: Sea freight or air freight are both optional. ‑ Large mining machines & complete processing lines: Sea freight is our standard solution. Air freight is possible but comes with very high cost for heavy‑weight equipment. After goods depart our warehouse, we will send you full shipping documents including bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list.
PRODUCTION & TRANSIT LEAD TIME
1. Production lead‑time ‑ In‑stock items: 3‑7 working days after deposit received. ‑ Custom‑modified machines: 15‑30 working days, confirmed upon order. 2. Ocean transit time (for reference only, not guaranteed) ‑ Africa: 25‑45 days ‑ South America: 30‑50 days ‑ Southeast & Central Asia: 12‑25 days Important: Transit time excludes customs inspection, port congestion or local delays which are out of our control. These delays will not be our responsibility.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & LOCAL FEES
Under FOB / CIF / CIP terms: Buyer is fully responsible for import customs clearance, import duties, VAT and all port / local handling fees. You need to prepare required import permits according to your local regulations. ‑ Under DDP terms: We handle import clearance and import tax. Some countries restrict DDP service for heavy industrial mining equipment, please double‑check before order.
DAMAGED & LOST CARGO
We take photos and videos for loading before shipment. ‑ Please inspect goods immediately upon arrival. If outer packaging is badly damaged, you must submit a claim to local shipping carrier on‑site. ‑ For hidden internal damage: Send us clear photos & videos within 7 calendar days after goods arrival, we will assist you with insurance claim process. ‑ We take no responsibility for damage caused by improper unloading, storage or wrong operation after delivery.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Final shipping cost will be shown on your PI. Ocean freight may fluctuate in global market, freight price is only confirmed before shipment. 2. Please provide complete & accurate receiving address, contact name and phone number. Extra charges or delays caused by wrong buyer‑provided information are for buyer’s account.
